vacancies: 2 vacancies (1 tandoori cook and 1 curry cook)

We are seeking candidates who are either experience cook with minimum of 2 years of experience or having cooking credentials for minimum of 2 years. We pride in quality and endeavor to hire best of cooks to lead our passion.

Job Requirements:

The cook should have basic knowledge of:

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Train staff in preparation of food
Manage kitchen operations
Understand inventory needs before cooking
Provide a list of items needed for cooking and,
Clean kitchen and work areas
Ensure covid19 guidelines are following and maintain high compliance for sanitization and mask-wearing policy
The cook shall ideally know general cooking regarding vegetable curries, soups, tea, etc. But thefollowing will be required from the cooks as below:
For Tandoori Cook, the Candidate should have basic skills to cook Tandoori items including Naan, and chicken tikka, Malai Boti, wings, tandoori chicken, green / Haryali chicken, and Paneer tikka
For Curry cook, the Candidate should have basic skills to cook Chicken Karahi, Chicken Tikka Masala,Chicken Korma, Butter Chicken, Chicken Achari, Vegetable curries, Lamb Curries, Roti and Parathacooking
The tasks are repetitive and longer periods of standing, flexible schedule and team player attitude area must. It is a demanding job with multiple food cooking at the same time and attention to detail isneeded to ensure the foods meet the taste, quality, and freshness that makes a customer happy
