Job Description

We provide software development, computer assisted designing, troubleshooting and project management services.

For our office location at 380 wellington st, 6th floor tower B, London, Ontario, N6A 5B5, we are seeking for a Full Time – Financial officer. Work is expected to be between 30 to 40 hours a week with the salary ranges between 24.50 to 30.00$ an hour. Please note we are looking for a full time candidate. Other than the vacation period of 10 days per year, no benefits are provided. The work schedule will be between 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with no overtime or weekend work requirements.

Candidate should be able to communicate in English and possess minimum 1 year of working experience in the accounting / finance field, alongwith a college certificate or diploma for minimum 1 year related to Accounting / Finance.

Key responsibilities for the position as follow:

Calculate, prepare, issue, manage and monitor payroll
Maintain financial records and establish / maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. In short, candidate will need to prepare and review accounting ledgers.
Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports as required on periodic basis.
Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll and other summaries
Prepare and balance period-end reports and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements
Consistently monitor the budget, expenses, cost flows and invoice payments of projects and services provided to clients
Issue letter for recovery / financial payments to client as and when due
Provide guidance and reports in regards to accounts which are in delay payments and / or unrecoverable

Candidate will need to demonstrate dependability, organizational skills, reliability and effective time management abilities. The work will require performing repetitive tasks, and the candidate will be required to work independently. The job is integral to our success, therefore, attention to detail ability is a requirement.
