Wedesi India Mart Northbay is a mini mart in North Bay, focused on the needs of residents, with added ethics merchandises from South Asia and Middle East. We are located at 165 Main Street EastNorth Bay, ONP1B 1A9.

We are looking for 1 dedicated Retail Store Supervisors for our location. Experience of minimum of 1 year / minimum high school education may be required.

Candidate is required to perform following responsibilities.

Assign sales workers to duties

Hire and train or arrange for training of staff

Order merchandise

Establish work schedules

Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

Organize and maintain inventory

Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

Oversee payroll administration

Balance cash and record sales

Vacations are 10 working days per annum. The job may require extended / late hours work, including weekends. Schedules will be provided in advance.

Please note that the work conditions are fast paced and may required extending sitting,  bending and standing. Candidate should demonstrate attention to detail skills, client centric mindset, excellent oral communication skills, organizational abilities and team player attitude.
