This role will create end-to-end processes, including responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables. The candidate must collaborate with cross-functional teams to define process improvements with clearly defined inputs and outputs. The position requires strong PowerPoint and Smartsheet skills.

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Backbone for marketing operational processes: Provide infrastructure, mindset, and capabilities to implement global and market specific processes which allow Marketing teams to focus on their tasks in a consistent, effective and efficient way. Responsible for driving operations, logistics and calendar management for US Marketing Organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the creation of merchandising processes. Provide objectives, roles and responsibilities, deliverables, and outputs around end-to-end processes.
• Lead the logistics for content and deliverables for various meetings i.e. (scheduling, meeting agenda updates, deliverables coordination, timeline management, resources).
• Manage cross-functional relationships including Commercial, BU Finance, Supply Chain and Business Development.
• Create process maps and other documents to communicate end-to-end processes and interaction models.
• Increase efficiency by driving improvements in general business process in conjunction with all Brand Operations teams: Merchandising, Brand Activation, Marketing Systems, Samples, and GTM.
• Liaise with Canada orgs to align on processes and delivering market efficiency.
• Manage creation and delivery of training and tools to educate the Product Marketing organization on new and enhanced business processes, roles, and deliverables.
• Focus on reducing internal complexity, clearly defining roles and responsibilities of process improvements, dates, and gates.

• Strong computer skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Word, Smartsheet, Visio)
• Strong Project Management Skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: the ability to work successfully both independently and cross-functionally, with a wide range of constituencies.
• Understanding of Merchandising, Communications, Commercial functions
• Ability to learn new complex systems, tools, and processes quickly and resourcefully.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, analyze root cause(s), draw valid conclusions, and propose viable business solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing operations or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
• IT skills: Outlook and Word: Basic; Excel and PowerPoint: advanced
• Fluent in English (writing and verbal)

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $50 to $56 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
