Indian Fusion Bistro & Billiards is a food establishment with added facilities of billiards and sports. We are offering meat and vegetable options along with Rice, Desserts, and Speciality Indian ethnic food items. Our cuisine specialty is Indian and Pakistani flavors, spices, and taste. The work location would be 24 Mallard Drive Sackville, New Brunswick, E4L 4C3, Canada.

We are looking for 2 cooks for Indian / Pakistani foods at our location. Experience of over 6 months may be required. Minimum educational requirement may be high school.

Candidate is required to perform following responsibilities.

Inspect kitchens and food service areas
Clean kitchen and work areas
Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
Remove kitchen garbage and trash
Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
Prepare meals

Vacations are 10 working days per annum. The job may require extended / late hours work, including weekends. Schedules will be provided in advance.

Please note that the work conditions are fast paced and may required extending sitting, bending and standing. Candidate should demonstrate dependability, reliability and team player approach. .
