We are looking for 1 Regional Sales Manager – Ontario for our location. The candidate will be required to travel for sales / job related purposes. The travel will be within the province of Ontario. However, business work must be completed at the physical location.

Candidate shall be paid wages between 35$ to 65$ per hour for a minimum of 30 hours to 40 hours per week. The role is offered for a full time employment. Only candidate who are authorized to work in Canada are advised to apply.

The position requires minimum of Bachelor degree OR relevant College Diploma, with minimum of 1 year experience. The position requires immediate start of work, and it is a full time at site opportunity with no remote employment.

Candidate is required to:

• Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
• Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
• Organize regional and divisional sales operations
• Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments
• Provide customer service

Candidate is required to have prior skills in Sales, with abilities to negotiate and pricing strategies. Candidate is also required to demonstrate interpersonal and time management skills and flexibility.
